magical.skin is a personal project exploring artificial intelligence and the Western magical traditions. Its center of gravity is Western astrology, tarot, and ceremonial practice, with a particular interest in Thelema. It is open to curious people of any background.

A tool for knowing yourself

An astrological reading can propose a relationship worth considering. A tarot card can reorganize a question. A ritual can give attention a form. None of these needs to become a verdict about who you are. The useful next step is often to try something small and keep your own record.

What AI does here

AI assists with writing, interpretation, software, and fictional creature design. It does not calculate the ephemeris by guessing: the sky comes from Astronomy Engine. Generated text can still be wrong, and a compelling interpretation can still fail to fit. The site exposes the supporting chart facts and names the traditions it draws on.

A source is a beginning

Historical texts deserve context, including when their claims or exercises are unsuitable for contemporary use. Our course distinguishes source instructions from teaching adaptations. It is not initiation, a lineage claim, or an endorsement of every part of a linked work.

Your experience belongs to you

The journal stays in your browser. Birth details are stored on the server for chart calculation and excluded from the public card. Chart links can be shared publicly; treat them accordingly. No account is required to explore, and the journal is not sent to an AI.
